1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: Name, phone number, email address, apartment and flat number.
  • Seller KYC data: Aadhaar number, selfie, FSSAI certificate, and bank account details — collected only from sellers during onboarding.
  • Order data: Items ordered, delivery address, payment status, and order history.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, device type, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To process orders, payments, and subscriptions.
  • To send order confirmations and delivery updates via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • To verify seller identities and comply with food safety regulations.
  • To improve the Platform through usage analytics.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following cases:

  • Sellers: Customers' names, flat numbers, and order details are shared with the seller fulfilling an order.
  • Customers: Sellers' business names and ratings are visible to customers.
  • Service providers: Razorpay (payments), Twilio (OTP), Interakt (WhatsApp notifications), and Supabase (database/storage) — each under their own privacy policies.
  • Legal: When required by law or to protect the safety of users.

4. KYC & Sensitive Data

Seller KYC documents (Aadhaar, selfie, FSSAI) are stored securely in private Supabase Storage buckets. Only SiddhiNest administrators can access these documents for verification purposes. KYC data is never shared with customers or third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order history is retained for 3 years for accounting purposes. KYC documents are retained for the duration required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Cookies & Tracking

SiddhiNest uses essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Anonymous usage analytics may be collected to improve the Platform.

7. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate data from your profile settings.
  • Deletion: Request account and data deletion by contacting us.
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from promotional WhatsApp/SMS messages at any time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Row Level Security on the database, and access controls to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure — please use a strong OTP and do not share your account access.

9. Children's Privacy

SiddhiNest is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or SMS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
