1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SiddhiNest ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including customers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Platform Description

SiddhiNest is a marketplace that connects home cooks ("Sellers") with residents ("Customers") within residential apartment complexes. SiddhiNest acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of food items.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SiddhiNest.

4. Seller Obligations

  • Sellers must complete KYC verification before listing products.
  • All food must be prepared in hygienic conditions and comply with applicable food safety laws (FSSAI regulations where applicable).
  • Sellers must accurately describe products including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
  • SiddhiNest charges a 10% commission on each completed order.
  • Sellers must honour confirmed orders. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

5. Customer Obligations

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
  • Payments must be completed at the time of ordering.
  • Cancellations after a seller has confirmed an order may not be eligible for a full refund.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Razorpay. SiddhiNest does not store card or bank details. Refunds for cancelled or undelivered orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Listing or selling non-food items, alcohol, or controlled substances.
  • Providing false reviews or manipulating ratings.
  • Harassing other users or SiddhiNest staff.
  • Attempting to circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

SiddhiNest is not liable for any food-related illness, allergic reactions, or disputes arising between customers and sellers. Use the Platform at your own risk. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
